Everzon is an authorized agent of all brands and can guarantee all products from factories. Our aim of management: Original assembled real product, quality guarantee, deliver on time, preference price. Please check the package and all items carefully and test them to make sure whether they can work well after receiving the goods. However, sometimes the products you receive might not perform as expected upon delivery or after time for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be responsible for you.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products (all in good condition) and you insist on returning the items to us, we will refund you after we received the product and make sure it is all original as we ship to you. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without a RMA number will not be refunded. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If products are altered or modified in any way then the warranty and money back guarantee become void immediately.
The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.
We strongly recommend that you use a standard postal service to return the item to avoid customs fees. Everzon will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping back to everzon is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.

If your items are broken unfortunately, In order to save your shipping fee, there is no need for you to send these defects back, please contact us via Online chat or Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) ASAP! But the following information needs to be provided when asking for replacements:
1) Order number/date:
2) Product name and quantity:
3) Serial number and warranty code(With picture):
4) Defective description:
5) Defective Video or pictures:
* Video/Video link or picture must be straight to the point and show the problem clearly
* Serial Number is a must

Q: When will I receive a replacement?
Once manufacturer confirms the problem, we will apply replacement to you asap.
Please send to our customer service team: email@example.com.Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order.
3 Months Warranty
All items come with 3-month warranty. Warranty period is calculated from the day when the order is delivered.
Missing items from package
If there is any item missing in the package, we advise to check the order shipment confirmation message and contact our customer service through firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours:
1. Provide your order number and missing item name ( SKU number )
2. Provide the real weight of your package
3. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received
4. If possible, please send us" Unpacking video"
*Once we confirm the problem, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
*Alternatively we can arrange a refund of the missing item for you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
