If your items are broken unfortunately, In order to save your shipping fee, there is no need for you to send these defects back, please contact us via Online chat or Email (support@everzon.com) ASAP! But the following information needs to be provided when asking for replacements:

We send shipment notifications and tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan of those packages. For DHL and UPS, this delay is usually 1-2 business days. For others, there could be a week's delay.

We can't 100% guarantee the actual arrival date of pre-orders because they may be delayed due to materials or other reasons, in other words, it's common for pre-ordered products to be delivered later than expected. ETA please refer to the product description page , pre-orders will be shipped out within 48 after we're in stock

We can only cancel orders that haven't been shipped out. Orders will no longer be able to be canceled and refunded after shipment.
