If your items are broken unfortunately, In order to save your shipping fee, there is no need for you to send these defects back, please contact us via Email (support@everzon.com) ASAP! But the following information needs to be provided when asking for replacements:

  1. Order number/date:
  2. Product name and quantity:
  3. Serial number and warranty code(With picture):
  4. Defective description:
  5. Defective Video or pictures:

Note:

  • Video/Video link or picture must be straight to the point and show the problem clearly
  • Serial Number is a must

 

3. When will I receive a replacement?

 

Once manufacturer confirms the problem, we will apply replacement to you asap. Please send to our customer service team: support@everzon.com. Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order.

8. How come my tracking number doesn't work?

 

We send shipment notifications and tracking numbers as soon as orders leave our warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan of those packages. For DHL and UPS, this delay is usually 1-2 business days. For others, there could be a week's delay.

9. When the pre-order will be shipped out?

 

We can't 100% guarantee the actual arrival date of pre-orders because they may be delayed due to materials or other reasons, in other words, it's common for pre-ordered products to be delivered later than expected. ETA please refer to the product description page, pre-orders will be shipped out within 48 after we're in stock

10. Is it possible to change or cancel orders?

 

Yes! If you need to change the color or cancel your order, please contact email: support@everzon.com. We can only cancel orders that haven't been shipped out. Orders will no longer be able to be canceled and refunded after shipment.

11. Can I add other items to the order that I just placed?

 

You need to contact us to add products before shipping, you can also reorder and contact us to cancel your original order.

12. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

 

You need to contact us to change the address before shipping. Please fill in the complete and clear address to avoid delivery failure.Don't forget to fill in your phone number

13. The item I want to buy is out of stock. How could I do?

 

If it is not available, you can click Arrival Notice, and we will notify you when back in stock by email. Or you can online chat with us for arrival time.

14. If I forgot my password?

 

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password when log in. Please enter your email address and we will send you a password reset request email, please click the reset link in the email to reset your password. 

15. How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

 

Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in the destination country is at the customer's expense. We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. Everzon is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by the customs in your countries. 

16. How long does it take for orders to get sent?

 

Items that are in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days.

17. What should I do if something is missing from my order?

 

Please do not throw away anything, including the order's packaging and the packing list inside, check the real weight and contact us and shipping agency.

18. What is the declaration on shipping labels?

 

For the order value, we will write this according to your request. So please leave us a message about the value that you prefer when placing the order.
