1️⃣ How do I switch modes?

Answer:
Simply slide the side button up or down to switch between modes. It’s that easy—no menu diving or complicated steps.


2️⃣ How long does it take to fully charge?

Answer:
With a 5V/2A charger, the NeXlim GO fully charges in just 45 minutes.


3️⃣ Auto-draw not working?

If auto-draw isn’t activating, especially when the airflow is fully open (which suits RDL), a deep inhale is required.

Here’s how to troubleshoot:

  1. Adjust the airflow to the halfway position and try again.

  2. Replace the cartridge and test.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact OXVA Support for assistance.


4️⃣ Device not recognizing the pod (No Pod Detected)

This issue may occur due to dust or debris on the connection pin.

Try the following steps:

  1. The pod detection pin is made of cross gold and can easily collect dust.

  2. Clean the contact area with a clean cloth or alcohol swab.

  3. Insert a new cartridge to test again.
    If the issue continues, reach out to OXVA Support for help.


5️⃣ Device won’t charge

If your NeXlim GO isn’t charging, it could be due to one of the following:

  • The charger output may not match the device’s requirements.

  • Do not charge directly via power strips with USB ports.

  • Use a 5V/2A wall adapter with the original cable for best results.
    If charging still fails, please contact support for a warranty replacement.


6️⃣ Leaking issues

Leaking can happen due to improper handling or unsuitable e-liquids. Try these tips:

  1. Refill promptly and always reseal the silicone plug within 30 seconds.

  2. Use e-liquids with a 50:50 PG/VG ratio. Avoid low-VG liquids.

  3. Stick to the recommended power range printed on the cartridge. Low wattage can lead to under-atomization and leakage.

  4. Ensure the device-to-cartridge connection area is clean and dry.

  5. If leakage continues, try a new cartridge.

If your device shows a full charge when plugged in, but:

A burnt or dry hit usually indicates a coil saturation or power setting issue.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Let the coil sit in the e-liquid for 5 minutes before using.

  2. Use the recommended wattage range from the user card.

  3. If adjusting power, increase it gradually by 1W at a time to avoid burning the coil.

  4. Match the e-liquid type to the recommended resistance for your cartridge.
