Everzon complies with all manufacturers' warranty policies; any defective products under warranty will be replaced. Please contact us or the manufacturers for any questions.
If you want to return the defective, you should bear the freight.
General Warranty Policy:
All items come with 3-month warranty. Warranty period is calculated from the day when the order is delivered.
To fulfill your warranty, please contact support and send us video to comparably show what the issue is. For example, if you found that a defective mod is not able to recognize the atomizer, you need to show that the atomizer is working with other mod, but is not working with the defective one, in the video.
Meanwhile, you also need to send us a picture of the S/N number, and security number. See the picture below for reference.
All defective products would be replaced in 2-5 business days once confirmed.
