Pre-Order
When the pre-order will be shipped out?
We can't 100% guarantee the actual arrival date of pre-orders because they may be delayed due to materials or other reasons, in other words, it's common for pre-ordered products to be delivered later than expected. ETA please refer to the product description page , pre-orders will be shipped out within 48 after we're in stock
Is it possible to change or cancel a pre-order?
Yes! If you need to change the color or cancel your order, please contact email:support@everzon.com
We can only cancel orders that haven't been shipped out. Orders will no longer be able to be canceled and refunded after shipment.
Ordering
Can I add other items to the order that I just placed?
You need to contact us to add products before shipping, you can also reorder and contact us to cancel your original order
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You need to contact us to change the address before shipping
PS: Japanese customers need to fill in the English address to place an order, the detailed address cannot be a pure number

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us by email or chat online before the package ship out, and we will cancel your order and sent you a confirmation email, the refund will be returned to you within 2 days
When will out-of-stock products be shipped?
You can contact us for approximate arrival time, Generally speaking, out-of-stock products will be restocked within 2 ~ 5 weeks and shipped out within 24 hours after the products are available
